What is the AA Dealer Promise?

The AA Dealer Promise is a set of guidelines that approved dealers must follow. These are put in place to limit the activity of cowboy traders and to give customers added peace of mind when buying a used car.

This is what you can expect from us:

as a customer, you may test drive any vehicle
we welcome any vehicle inspection you wish to make prior to purchase
we ensure that all our used vehicles are in good condition
we provide you with V5 registration and full service records for each car, where available
we work closely with you and the AA Cars team, should you have any issues
we provide a free history check on all our used vehicles

6 Months MOT on All Vehicles

As well as the above, when you drive away from R&J Trade Car Outlet in one of our used vehicles, you can expect it to have a MOT certificate covering a minimum of 6 months road use. This is in addition to our standard 1-month warranty, or our extended 12-month warranty.
